Refund and Dispute Policy

At Clever Leaf Agency, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. This Refund and Dispute Policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under specific conditions. Because many of our services involve digital deliverables and marketing campaigns, completed or partially delivered services are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A payment was made by mistake or duplicated.
  • The service has not yet commenced, and a written cancellation request is submitted within 3 business days of payment.
  • We are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen agency-side circumstances.

No refunds will be provided if:

  • The client fails to provide necessary materials, access, or feedback required to complete the project.
  • The campaign or service has already been launched or partially delivered.
  • Results do not meet subjective expectations outside the agreed scope or deliverables.

3. Digital Services and Custom Work

All digital services, including but not limited to ad campaign management, website design, or consulting, are custom-tailored to each client. Once work begins, costs are incurred immediately, and therefore refunds cannot be granted after service initiation.

4. Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a project before it begins by emailing [email protected]. Once work has commenced, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued at the agency’s discretion.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed in error, please contact us immediately before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will review your case within 5–10 business days and provide a resolution or clarification.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, you agree to first contact Clever Leaf Agency to seek an informal resolution. If the issue remains unresolved, both parties agree to enter mediation before any formal legal proceedings. Mediation will occur in the Province of Québec, Canada.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with the payment provider. Clients found submitting unjustified chargebacks may have their services suspended and accounts terminated.

8. Governing Law

This Refund and Dispute Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Québec, Canada.
