What we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone, business type and the message you leave us. Booking: name, email, phone and the time slot you pick. Browsing: the usual technical data (pages viewed, device, browser, approximate IP address) and, if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies (Meta, Google).
Why
To call you back and answer your request, prepare a plan for your business, schedule and confirm a call, and improve the site. With your consent, to show you relevant ads on Meta and Google. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run the site and our follow-up: our CRM (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our host, our email and texting tools, and the ad platforms if you accepted their cookies. Some providers are located outside Quebec, including in the United States; we choose providers with adequate contractual protections.
How long
Contact requests are kept as long as needed for sales follow-up, then at most 3 years after the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can access your information, correct it, withdraw consent or request deletion by writing to info@cleverleafagency.com. We answer within 30 days. Quebec residents can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Cookies
Cookies essential to the site are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies (the Meta pixel, and Google Analytics if enabled) are only set with your agreement, given in the banner shown on your first visit. Without it, they are not loaded.
You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" button at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser settings. Your choice is stored on your device for 11 months, then we ask again.
Text messages
If you give us your number and agree to it, we may text you about your request, your appointments and our services. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help (you can also write to info@cleverleafagency.com).
Your phone number and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. They are only passed to the provider that delivers our messages, and only for that purpose.
Security and incidents
We protect your information with reasonable measures (restricted access, encrypted connections). If a privacy incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
