What we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone, business type and the message you leave us. Booking: name, email, phone and the time slot you pick. Browsing: the usual technical data (pages viewed, device, browser, approximate IP address) and, if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies (Meta, Google).

Why

To call you back and answer your request, prepare a plan for your business, schedule and confirm a call, and improve the site. With your consent, to show you relevant ads on Meta and Google. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the site and our follow-up: our CRM (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our host, our email and texting tools, and the ad platforms if you accepted their cookies. Some providers are located outside Quebec, including in the United States; we choose providers with adequate contractual protections.

How long

Contact requests are kept as long as needed for sales follow-up, then at most 3 years after the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can access your information, correct it, withdraw consent or request deletion by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Quebec residents can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Cookies

Cookies essential to the site are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set with your agreement; you can block them in your browser settings.

Text messages

If you give us your number, we may text you about your request. Reply STOP to opt out.

Security and incidents

We protect your information with reasonable measures (restricted access, encrypted connections). If a privacy incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
